Made to Order

Here at UNUSUWUL we don’t believe in overproduction, the fibre we work with is too precious to waste!
Each individual piece is created to order, directly for you, with the machine that best suits the yarn.

We knit everything in the UK either at the studio in London, at Stoll GB in Leicester or on farm with The Wool Library in Cumbria .

For mini scarves you can expect to receive your order within 15 working days.

Delivery

UNUSUWUL pieces are made to order. Once production is complete, we pack up and send out to you with Royal Mail 48 hour special delivery. You will receive an email with your tracking details at despatch to let you know your order is on the way.

Currently we only ship within the UK.

Returns

We hope you'll love your very own UNUSUWUL piece. If, however, for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returned goods will only be accepted in their original condition.
